Visiting Santa Claus is a tradition we treasure together, and we can't wait to share these traditional, new, and magical experiences with you, connecting us as a community!

Get ready for an unforgettable holiday tradition. Join us for Santa's Holiday Photo Experience, where we'll create new and enchanting memories together. Explore our exclusive events and mini-photo sessions designed for the whole family. 

We recommend reservations, but if you're feeling spontaneous, walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated if possible. Please note that the lines may close earlier than expected due to photo experience demands and wait times can exceed more than one hour as the season progresses.

November 22 – December 24

Hours: 

🎅11am-7pm, Monday - Saturday

🎅11am-6pm, Sunday

🎅Please note that Santa takes breaks to feed his reindeer from 2pm to 3pm daily, and his hours on Christmas Eve will vary.

🎅Each reservation admits one immediate family.

🎅If you plan to include aunts, uncles, cousins, or other relatives in the photos, please remember they'll need their individual reservation or consider scheduling a group session. We can't wait to photograph all those special moments! Click to learn more!

2024 Special Photo Experiences: 

Toddler Tuesday Event 11am, Tuesday, November 26 - reservations are required and only a few remaining time slots are available

Join us for a holiday book reading and treats from Cinnabon*. Please note that this event has limited space, and reservations are required - no walk-ins are allowed. The special package price includes your private visit with Santa, group story time, and Cinnabon Bon Bites to go for registered children.

Sensitive Santa Visit 9am - 11am, Sunday, December 1 - reservations required 

We understand the importance of creating a calm and quiet environment for children to meet Santa and share their excitement. Please note that reservations are necessary, and walk-up opportunities are not available. Act fast to secure your spot as reservations are filling up rapidly!

Cookies & Milk with Santa 6pm - 7pm, Tuesday, December 3. 

Experience the magic of Santa's Toyland with a special book reading and cookies and milk from Chick-fil-A! Just so you know, space is limited, and reservations are required - no walk-in visits are available. The special package price includes your private visit with Santa, group story time, and cookies* and milk* from Chick-fil-A for registered children. Our VIPs will be the first to get the reservation link, so complete your profile today and don't miss this unforgettable opportunity to make some new holiday memories! PS - festive jammies are encouraged! 

Paws with Claus Pet Family Night 5pm - close, Sunday, November 24 (SOLD OUT) and Sunday, December 8 - reservations required

Looking to capture some fun and memorable holiday photos with your furry best friend? Please bring them to our special photo event with Santa! Please note that non-service animals are limited to dogs and cats and must be secured for this special event. Reservations are required ... don't miss out on this unique opportunity!
